7. My favorite part of my body is my butt.

E.L.F. Studio Concealer Review

I have mine in TAN
According to E.L.F. website, they stated that this concealer is creamy and lightweight and it will blend evenly for a natural full coverage and lasts long. Well it's not creamy to me and I'm not a fan of dry or stick concealers as they tend to cling to dry skin and I have oily skin.
I find that if I dab this on my skin it's hard to blend. I say use a finger or a concealer brush for a more delicate touch.

Pros: Packaging is cute, look like a lipstick BUT the lid will not stay on! Good Pigmentation.
Cons: Only available in 4 shades: Ivory, Beige, Honey, Tan. Longevity is moderate. Consistency and coverage is also moderate.

  4. Vibrate by Dawn Richard
  5. That Sh*t by Mario
  6. Flaws and All by Ciara
  7. Born This Way by Lady Gaga

E.L.F. Studio Stipple Brush Review

The brush itself: handle is long, bristles are sparse, bendable and not stiff. It's not hard enough to pick up the perfect amount of foundation so in my opinion it does not work perfectly for stippling on liquid foundation, well for me that is because I'm heavy handed. So I'll stick with my Flat Top Synthetic Kabuki - F80

I'd rather use this brush for highlighting or to add definition to my cheekbones because when applying my blush or highlight, I'm light handed for some odd reason.

Vera Wang Princess Perfume Review

I purchased my beautiful fragrance from Walgreens two weeks ago and it is the most lovely scent I have ever smell - soft, sweet and ultra-feminine. I wear it daily because it's long lasting, floral and light. The packaging and bottle are also gorg!
Every girl needs this and as a MUST!

Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler vs ELF Eyelash Curler

So I lost my Shu Uemura Eyelash curler the other day and this Beauty is on a budget and not willing to pay the retail price of $19.00. I decided to try E.L.F. Eyelash Curler and it's only $1.00 I purchased it at Target. I will admit, I love this eyelash curler. It's not a replacement to my Shu Uemura Eyelash curler but for the time being it gets the job done. :)
Pros: Sturdy, comfortable, doesn't pinch my skin and my lashes stay curl
Cons: Rubber Pads comes off easily

Dermablend Smooth Indulgence Concealer and Custom Cover Cream Samples

I keep seeing this ad about Dermablend and I did some research so I decided to placed an order but for samples onlyI'm afraid I will buy the wrong shade. It's a little expensive for a Sample set of the Dermablend Smooth Indulgence Concealer and Dermablend Custom Cover Cream of $7.50 each and free shipping. I have nothing to lose I might as well try the samples to find my shade and be happy with it.

  • A natural looking finish that is smudge & water resistant. Neither greasy nor heavy.
  • Complete coverage achieved applying only a minimal amount. A little goes a long way.
  • For all skin types, fragrance-free, sensitivity tested. Non-comedogenic -it won't clog pores.

Update: My Shellac French Manicure

OMG I will never ever ever get a Shellac French Mani again. After 4 days, my shellac nails was already busted, cracked, HURT! LOL I should have stick with just a regular Shellac Manicure like my twin.  These images are our nails for 2 weeks and you can see the huge difference. I already need a filling and it's my real nails, INSANE!

Review: Yes To Carrots C the Difference Exfoliating and Soothing Mud Mask for Dry or Sensitive Skin

I will give this a B-
Pros: I do like the results of the firmness and it does tightens the tissue of my skin to have that brighter complexion.
Cons: The icky feeling on my face. Luckily it says leave it on for 5 minutes because I can barely stand the smell.

My Skin: Sensitive

My skin is super sensitive that  it's easily irritated. I'm on a mission to find the right and full coverage and no longer feel the need to shy away from make-up to cover up my imperfections and flaws. I use to prefer the natural look and was using Bare Escentuals bareMinerals SPF 15 Foundation (best light coverage for sensitive skin) for many years because I prefer the natural look of it but I'm no longer a fan on minerals makeup. As years passed by with aging and acne scars, looking through of all my pictures, I'm not impressed nor do I see it hides my imperfections. My biggest fear is there are some products may cover up the breakouts and may also play a preventive role as well, but I'm afraid of irritation. Luckily for Make-Up Guru's, Inspiring Make-Up Artists, and Beauty Bloggers and makeupalley.com, I get to listen and watch videos, read reviews and hear opinions of a products which is very helpful in my case.

The next non-irritating Medium- to Full-Coverage Foundations for Sensitive Skin that I will try:

*Laura Mercier Oil-Free Foundation Liquid: pigmented foundation can be applied lightly for a sheer finish, or layered for fuller coverage.
Retail: $42.00

*COVERGIRL and Olay Simply Ageless Foundation: a foundation that would hide fine lines and wrinkles so that women could always look their best and easily glides on skin to have that glow. SPF 22
Retail: $13.00
*Nars Sheer Glow and Sheer Matte Foundation
Retail $42.00

*According to MAC foundation finder, for full coverage, matte finish and golden-yellow undertones, the Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation would be a good fit in C6 which retail at $26.50
and also Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15 in NC42 both are for longwearing and for oily skin.

** I'm currently using the following foundations and depending on my day and mood it changes:
Revlon Colorstay in Toast
Revlon Photoready in Medium Beige and Golden Beige
Coastal Scents Liquid HD Foundation in ST-5 and 5B

Did Anyone Get Their Free Target Beauty Bag?

I'm still waiting on my Free Target Beauty Bag and the main product I'm wanting to try first is the Olay Regenerist Night Resurfacing Elixir. I need a product at night that will help resurface my skin to feel tighter and smoother. The rest of the products and cosmetics I'm not that interested but I do love FREE things. :)

Mama Mio Tummy Rub Stretch Mark Butter

I placed my order for the

Mama Mio Tummy Rub Stretch Mark Butter for a discounted price of $25.00usd which retail at $35.00usd using a coupon of "welove" for a savings of $10.00usd

I can't wait to rub it on my tummy because I'm going through itchy belly syndrome. It's Omega-rich ingredients help prevent stretch marks by increasing skin elasticity. It is thick and buttery and amazingly moisturising and this is just what my skin wants and need. I tried applying cocoa butter and it's not helping at all.

About ME: My pregnancy...update

I'm at 33 weeks and my Doctor and I already scheduled for our planned C-Section. My estimated due date is really April 24, 2011, the day of Easter but with my first pregnancy my doctor suggest it's safer to have it as c-section.

While most women don't want a C-section, sometimes it's necessary for the safe arrival of the Baby. In instances such as breech babies, C-sections are required. But rest assured -- i need it, for both me and the Baby will recover wonderfully! That's what matter.

My little precious is no longer keeping me up at night like she use to but her kicks and body movements is some powerful kicks! The stretching of my uterus I can feel the moderate pain on my pelvic bone which she already positioned herself and the movements are a sign that her head-down; getting ready for her big birthday entrance. I also can feel them in a new place, on my ribcage (just below my breasts and it can be sharp sometimes!).

She now continues to develop regular sleep-wake cycles now. Not that calm during the day or night and know how to work and kicks up a storm especially when there is music playing (What a character!)

My amniotic fluid is now at its highest level -- and it will stay this way until baby is finally born. Hopefully this wasn't TMI lol.

CCS Foot Care Cream

I need this product to manage and help prevent cracked heels and dry, rough skin. But why is that for a 175ml tube it's $7.58usd (ok I'm fine with that) but what threw me off my chair is the International Packet Post= $25.42usd so the Total cost is =$31.74usd!!! via foothealthcare
Online Price: £4.46/ $7.58usd 175ml Tube
I'm sitting here staring at my computer screen for over 15minutes and debating if I should order this... ah decisions decisions decisions!

Well it is developed in Sweden and I first heard it from one of my make-up gurus/blogger so I had to jump on the bandwagon! :)

*note: It is hypoallergenic, lanolin free and suitable for the most sensitive skin. I don't like to use pumice because it scraps my skin (I have really sensitive skin!) so with this product it will exfoliate the skin and strengthens the texture of it.

As of 12:16am PST I was able to cancel my order from foothealthcare and found another website called Westons that will cut the price in half!!! For only £5.72 (US$9.66) that's included with S+H!!! BEAUTY ON A BUDGET is my Middle NAME!!!

Closet Inspiration

I need some organization and closet inspiration to do my own...

all images are from weheartit... Thanks.

Pluck my eyebrows or Thread

oh my lawd!!!! I'm in desparate help of grooming eyebrows! My eyebrows is one of my flaws and I wish they weren't so sparse, long and spread out... *sigh*
oops Had to turn off the flash on my BB :/
What you think I should do??? Pluck it or go to a professional and get it thread?

Revlon Colorburst Lipstick and Lipgloss Swatches

I picked up two more drugstore lipgloss and lipstick at Walgreens.
I absolutely love this color! It's the New Revlon Colorburst Lipgloss in Orchid 012.
It's weightless gloss that makes lips POP with 5X more shine than patent leather.

I added PEACH 075 to my collection. This lipstick is a cream color (my favorite), no shimmer or glitter, slight sheen. It is a little sheerer than Soft Nude but totally buildable. If you noticed in any of my color/shade picks, I'm afraid of dark lipsticks lol.
My favorite part about this lipstick: It is a more subtle way to achieve young but sophisticated old Hollywood glamor! This color looks very polished and elegant actually.
